China updated its restrictions on hazardous substances in electronics in 2024 (SJ/T 11364-2024). The list now matches EU RoHS's 10 substances and became fully mandatory on January 1, 2026. If you sell into China, much of your EU RoHS test data can be reused; we manage the differences, particularly EFUP marking.

Is China RoHS the same as EU RoHS?
Not exactly, but as of the 2024 update the restricted substance list now overlaps with EU RoHS. The main difference is the content table format and EFUP marking.
Who determines the EFUP period?
The manufacturer sets the EFUP period, based on the estimated time the product can be used safely without hazardous substances leaking. We guide you through this assessment.
If I already have an EU RoHS report, do I need to retest?
In most cases, much of your existing test data can be reused; the main additional work is adapting the data to the Chinese format and adding EFUP marking.
